Executive Experience
As VP of Product at Deep Sentinel, I led product strategy across our AI cameras, edge hardware, and cloud platform, supporting tens of thousands of deployed systems. I worked closely with engineering, data science, operations, and customer teams to define the roadmap, prioritize investments, and ensure what we built aligned with real customer needs and business goals, helping expand the company’s presence in both residential and commercial markets.
One of my primary focuses was leading the development and launch of the DS2 AI camera platform, taking it from early concept through launch and scale. This required aligning hardware, AI, and cloud capabilities into a reliable, production-ready system and establishing it as a core part of Deep Sentinel’s security offering.

ABOUT ME
Product strategy has been the foundation of my career, leading hardware, software, and AI-driven products from concept through commercialization. Most recently, as VP of Product at Deep Sentinel, I owned company-level product strategy across edge AI cameras, hardware platforms, and cloud infrastructure, aligning engineering, operations, and leadership to deliver commercially deployed systems and support company growth. Over the past 25+ years, I’ve worked with startups and established companies to define product direction, build technical teams, and bring new technology products to market.
Earlier in my career, I spent nearly a decade as a professor at Lehigh University, where I co-created the Master of Engineering in Technical Entrepreneurship program. This experience strengthened my focus on translating emerging technologies into practical, manufacturable, and commercially viable products.
I’ve also authored multiple books on electronics and product development, written more than 100 published articles for MAKE and HackSpace, and produced hundreds of instructional videos for O’Reilly Media and LinkedIn Learning, reaching millions of engineers, founders, and product teams.
Today, I focus on product leadership, AI and hardware platform strategy, and advising companies developing next-generation technology products, particularly in AI, robotics, and connected devices.
